- A digital recording is an audio recording or a recording by any other electronic means, including but not limited to digital or other technology.

- How do I order a transcript or CD/DVD (digital recording) of my deposition?
- Complete the Online Request Form via our website in its entirety.
- Is there a cost for an audio recording of my deposition?
- Yes, depending on what agency you are ordering from, fees are listed below.
- How long will it take me to receive my CD/DVD?
- You can expect your CD/DVD within 5-7 business days.

Fees:
Copy of electronic recording (CD) is $10.00 per date for self pickup, $12.00 per date to have it mailed. Payment is required prior to copying a CD. For CD requests only, please make check or money order payable to: Palm Beach Board of County Commissioners. No cash or credit cards.

Transcript Prices Digital Transcript Regular Service (5 days) $2.00 per page Digital Transcript Overnight Services (24 hours) $3.00 per page Printed Transcript Additional $1.00 per page Reprint $1.00 per page A deposit will be required prior to the production of transcripts.
- How long will it take me to receive my transcript?
- Transcript turnaround time varies based on request. It can take up to 10 days for transcript production.
- How can I pay for my request?
- You can mail or drop off a check or money order, made out to Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners.
We cannot accept cash.
