The order in which a case is listed in the trial docket is immaterial to the order in which that case may be called for trial. Cases are called in case number order taking into consideration the conflict dates, number of days requested and the days available on the Court's calendar. Cases are subject to being called to trial by the Judge or by an alternate judge at anytime during the four (6) weeks of the docket.
