- Criminal and civil divisions of the Palm Beach County Court and was the administrative judge of the civil division (2000 - 2005)
- Appointed to the Circuit Bench (2008)
- Has served as a judge of the Civil Drug Court on a regular basis over the past 22 years.
- Has presented numerous legal education seminars to lawyer and judges
