Jessie joined the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in January 2024. Jessie earned her Juris Doctor from the University Of Miami School Of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University. During law school, Jessie received the Book Award for the highest grade in Civil Procedure II and Reorganization in Bankruptcy. Prior to joining the circuit, Jessie was an associate attorney at Miguel A. Brizuela, P.A., in Miami, for two years, where she specialized in construction litigation.
