The 15th Judicial Circuit implemented an interagency collaboration with community partners to promote early identification and notification of Dually Involved Youth (youth in both the delinquency and dependency systems) by increased communication through standardized protocols and streamlined court hearings to avoid a duplication of efforts and services.
