Congratulations to the Honorable Debra Moses Stephens who will receive the Sheree Davis Cunningham Black Women Lawyers Association's 2025 Judicial Bridge Builder Award.
She will be presented the award on September 20, 2025 at the 5th Anniversary Gala event. Judge Stephens was appointed to the County Court bench in 2000 and is currently assigned to the Circuit Civil and Criminal Divisions.
